Orders are processed and shipped within the following timeframes:

  • Within Riyadh city: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Other regions in the Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days, depending on the city and shipping company.

We use trusted shipping companies to ensure your orders arrive promptly and in excellent condition.

Note: We are currently offering free shipping for a limited time to celebrate the launch of the OMENOR store.

🔄 Exchange & Return Policy

  • Returns can be requested within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will cover all shipping costs for return or exchange.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • For regular returns (not due to damage or defect), the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
